I am looking for a new tenant for my 3-room apartment on Sonnenbergstrasse in Lucerne starting June 1, 2025. The attic apartment offers a beautiful view of the city of Lucerne, the Allmend and Horw, as well as the Alps. There is a balcony (approx. 5m2), and a cellar compartment and an attic compartment belong to the apartment.
Right in front of the house is the bus stop Steinhofrain. With the bus (line 11), you can reach the train station in 10 minutes. The apartment is very suitable for one person or a couple.
In a neighboring property, a garage is also available, for which I am also looking for a new tenant and could be taken over immediately (single garage, CHF 140/month). I would be happy to provide more information about this.
