About us:

We are a cooperative and are looking for open, communicative residents who appreciate the tolerant coexistence and the mix of generations within our community. We would be pleased if you would like to actively participate in the life of the cooperative.

• Keeping dogs is not permitted in our settlements. Apartment cats are allowed, but installing a cat net requires prior approval.
• Before moving in, a rent deposit of three months' rent must be deposited into a tenant deposit account. This will be converted into cooperative capital at a later date. For this reason, we cannot accept tenant deposit insurance or similar models.

The neighborhood:

Our Muttenz II settlement is located in a family-friendly neighborhood, near the Freidorf settlement and the St. Jakob Center. The settlement is ideal for commuters, as it is located in the immediate vicinity of the motorway access. Primary school and kindergarten are also in the vicinity. You can reach Birsfelden in a few minutes' walk via the pedestrian and cycle bridge.

The property:

As a tenant and future cooperative member, numerous community facilities are available to you. These include a playground, a fire pit, and a garden with planting beds. A settlement room can be rented for events.

We are renting a bright 3-room apartment on the 1st floor from now on. The apartment offers the following amenities:
