Vehicles: Parking spaces (CHF 120.- per month) or parking lots (from CHF 50.- per month) are available upon request / in exceptional cases, a waiting list is maintained.
Fiber optic / TV connection: Both connections are available. The TV connection is currently sealed, which means these costs (CHF 130.-/year) are not included in the advance payments. Costs only arise upon activation. The fiber optic connection is definitely included.
PHOTOS: these come (with the exception of two appropriately labeled photos) from similarly constructed apartments within the property, which were also renovated in 2021.
Access to the apartment / floor plan: The apartment is practically located in the attic of the property Rosenmattstrasse 27, but is accessible via the terrace from house number 25. Please refer to the floor plan for further details.
Renovation: The apartment will be renovated before occupancy. Wallpaper damage will be repaired, various walls painted/touched up, parquet damage will be repaired.
