I am offering my 3-room apartment in Zurich's Old Town for sublet starting July 1, 2025 (or by arrangement). This charming historic apartment is divided into two separate living areas and is located in a wonderfully friendly neighborhood. A shared rooftop terrace provides the perfect setting for regular, cozy barbecue evenings.

The monthly rent is CHF 2,898 and includes all additional costs (including internet), except for electricity. Electricity is billed separately by EWZ on an advance payment basis at CHF 135 per quarter (which corresponds to CHF 45 per month).

As I will be working abroad for an indefinite period, I am looking for a subtenant (or multiple subtenants) for a minimum of three months. Ideally, I would like to sublet the apartment for up to one year. Both furnished and unfurnished sublets are possible. Due to the layout of the apartment (bedroom, living room, dining room/kitchen, dressing room, and bathroom), it is especially well-suited for a single person or a couple.
