Apartment for rent - 6004 Luzern, Geissmattstrasse 25

We are taking a little break from our stressful professional life in the healthcare sector from December 2025 to February 2026 and going on a trip. We would like to sublet our pretty gem in Lucerne's Bramberg during this time to save some money for our travels. It is a very charming 3-room old apartment, where we are the first tenants after a complete renovation in 2022. The atmosphere in the house is great, there are always (spontaneous) get-togethers with the friendly neighbors. We share the apartment with our two four-legged roommates Filou and Jacques (two red tomcats) - in our ideal scenario, someone would move in temporarily who could also take care of the cats in our absence. They are very approachable, relatively uncomplicated, and veeeery cuddly. If you want to go away for a weekend or go on vacation yourself, someone can surely be organized to cover during that time.
