The house was built to a good standard and in 2023 various renovations/conversions were carried out in the apartments. There is a shop on the ground and lower ground floors. The stairwell to the apartments is on the east side of the house. This is accessible from Bahnhofstrasse via a small connecting road behind the house. In addition to the shop, there is a 1.5-room apartment on the ground floor. On the upper floor, the house has a 3.5-room apartment and a studio. On the 2nd upper floor and in the attic there is a large maisonette apartment. In the basement are the cellars of the apartments and the communal laundry room for the two smaller apartments. The house is centrally located near the town centre with shopping, parking, bank and pharmacy, and Interlaken West station is a few steps away. The studio on the upper floor will be available from 1 May 2025. The apartment does not have a fixed parking space. However, parking spaces in the town centre are regularly available to rent.
