We are looking for a subtenant for our charming 2.5-room apartment in the heart of Wipkingen on Landenbergstrasse from September 13 to October 13, 2025. The rent is 2,000 CHF including electricity, water, etc. The apartment is just a few minutes away from the Limmat and offers a perfect starting point for a refreshing dip, relaxing walks, or sports activities along the river.
Our apartment is lovingly furnished and has two balconies – here you can fully enjoy the beginning of autumn, whether with an aperitif or a barbecue in the warm evening sun. The location of the apartment is unbeatable; all shops for daily needs are in the immediate vicinity and public transport is also quickly accessible.
