The apartment is located directly in the center of Erlenbach, with close proximity to the train station, general shopping opportunities, the Post and most importantly the lake. The distance from the apartment to the Badi or any of the public beaches will take no more than a few minutes to reach on foot.
The apartment comes with one parking space outside of the building for an additional CHF 80 per month or inside for CHF 180.
