We are looking for an apartment only in the localities of Saint-Aubin-Sauges (la Grande Béroche), Le Val-de-Ruz, and Neuchâtel surroundings (a bit far from the center)

Here are our search criteria:

- Apartment in good condition (no work to be done when the lease starts)
- Large studio, 1.5 rooms or 2 rooms
- Fitted kitchen
- Spacious with space
- Storage (closets, etc.)
- Max price including charges 800 frs
- Possibility of having a private parking space (optional)
- Pets allowed (we have a small cat)
- Elevator (if above the 2nd floor)
- Option to install a washing machine as we have one.
