The two rooms are each 19m2 in size and have their own bathroom with shower and WC. Additionally, there is another shower with WC and a communal kitchen available in the hallway.
The apartment is located on the 5th floor and offers direct access to a private rooftop terrace with views over the Hardbrücke all the way to the Alps. The building has an elevator, but the terrace is only accessible via stairs.
A third room is available and can also be rented if needed.
The kitchen is equipped with a modern induction stove (two cooking zones), a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. An oven is not available.
Until recently, one of the rooms was used as an office. Since our rental contract runs until the end of September, we are now offering the room for sublease for a limited time.
The rent includes utilities, electricity, and cleaning. A washing machine is not available.
