We are looking for a new tenant for our beautiful 2-room apartment starting September 1, 2025. The apartment could be used from mid-August 2025 upon request and agreement. We are moving out because our family is growing and we need more space.
The apartment is located on the top floor of the multi-family house and is very bright and open due to the high ceilings. The bedroom is also very spacious and offers room for dressers and wardrobes.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer.
The laundry room is located directly opposite the apartment on the same floor and is shared with the neighboring apartment.
Additionally, parking spaces can be rented for 65.- CHF or underground parking spaces. Cellar compartment available upon request.
School, kindergarten, train station, Volg, Migros, pharmacy, and butcher are reachable in about 15 minutes on foot.
