-The rooms for rent: unfurnished, bright, and quiet. The apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a balcony with a lake view, and comfortable common areas.

-Me: I am an architect in my thirties. I appreciate calm, autonomy, but also small shared moments (aperitif, walk, brunch)

-You: ideally in your thirties too, calm, respectful, independent, with a desire for a harmonious living environment where everyone has their space, but where the door remains open for simple and spontaneous exchanges.

-Train station area: well served, close to all amenities.
-Rent: 590 CHF/month + 150 CHF for charges (per person) + electricity to share.
-Available: immediately

-Preference given to calm and respectful people, for a smooth and pleasant flatshare.
