Apartment for rent - 2000 Neuchâtel

Hello everyone,
We are a couple aged 28 and 32, both employed, looking for a 3/3.5 room apartment in Neuchâtel and surrounding areas. Our main criterion is to have a parking space with an electric charging station, either in the common outdoor/basement areas, or nearby, or a garage with a socket. My company vehicle is indeed electric.

Additional perks if you have (but not mandatory): a quiet neighborhood, a lake view, an open kitchen, a second garage/parking space.
Budget: Around 1800-1900 CHF including everything: rent, charges, and parking space and/or garage, open to proposals.
