Apartment for rent - 2000 Neuchâtel

I am subletting my furnished studio from August 2025 to May 2026 (or June-July).

The dates are negotiable, it can be from September to June to match the university period.

The studio is composed as follows:
- large room with a << bedroom >> area, << living room >> area and open kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher
- balcony
- bathroom with bathtub

Bright, there is a very nice view of the castle. The building is modern. There is a shared laundry room but no cellar or attic.

I am looking for a careful person, who does not smoke inside, without pets. A sublease contract will be made according to the rules. The rent includes the rental of the apartment, charges, and the use of the furniture.
