Furnished apartment for rent - 3012 Bern, Tannenweg 20

I am looking for a person / couple who would like to sublet my furnished apartment from August 1, 2025 (also possible from the beginning of July) to December 31, 2025 (or until the end of January 2026). I will be traveling during this time. The price includes internet and all possible upcoming additional costs that accrue annually. The apartment is quietly located and the neighbors are also very quiet. The apartment has a great south-facing balcony, and the size of the apartment is also great for this price, at least I think so. The kitchen is an older version, but with charm (I love the yellow tiles ;) and everything works. There would also be an attic compartment available. The small bathroom has a bathtub and shower in one. The entrance to the apartment has a built-in wardrobe. We also have a wonderful, helpful and friendly caretaker in this apartment building.
