I am renting a beautiful apartment in an ideal location, from July 1st, 2025.

The bright apartment is approx. 62m² and the neighbors are very quiet.
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob) and a cozy living/dining room. There is a large storage room in the basement as well as a communal laundry room with two washing machines and a dryer (no schedule). The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.

The area is beautiful and very quiet. The tram stop is right in front of the house and takes you to the main station (tram 3) in 8 minutes and to the lake (tram 8) in the same time. The nearest supermarket is the Coop at Römerhof, approx. 2 minutes' walk.

Currently, the apartment is a 2-person shared flat, where I am the main tenant (I share the apartment with my roommate, male, 35). Ideally, you would take over my room (room 2) and the main tenancy as well as all the furniture. But you can also take over the whole apartment without subletting.
