For career reasons we're temporarily moving out of Zurich and are looking for a subtenant for our beautiful large apartment with a terrasse. We still want to keep it as our base in Zurich during our visits (up to 30 days per year), so the offer includes a bit of sharing. In particular, we want to keep the smaller room as shared and naturally we pay part of the rent.

We're looking for:

• A couple or an individual because there is only one bedroom available 100%.
• Preferrably you have reasons to be interested in this sublet offer (limited term, sharing, etc). Please write them if you do.
• Ideally, you have a bit of interest in gardening to take care of the plants, but it's not required.
• It's critical that we go along well.
