I am looking for subtenants for this well-cut old building apartment in a central location starting July 1st, 2025. The apartment is located on the ground floor and is approximately 80m2. All rooms (two large and one smaller) are equipped with wooden floors. The apartment has a small balcony overlooking the garden, which is shared with two other properties. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic glass hob, a dishwasher and a large refrigerator (with freezer compartment). A cellar compartment belongs to the apartment. Washing machine and dryer can be used communally. (The bedroom furniture and the kitchen table can be taken over.)
