I am looking for a new tenant for my beautiful apartment in Tamins. I am moving away from the region due to work. Since I do not have a new place yet, I cannot communicate an exact move-in date. However, it should be between August 1st and at the latest October 1st.
The rent is CHF 1,190 until September 30th, after which the rate specified in the advertisement applies.
The apartment impresses with the following features:
- In the morning and afternoon, the sun shines through the large window front onto the beautiful parquet floor
- Modern kitchen with dishwasher, oven with integrated microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment
- Large built-in wardrobes in the living room
- The bathroom has a stone floor and natural wood ceiling, hand shower and rain shower
- The open bedroom can be completely darkened with sliding walls
- The washing machine and dryer are shared with two other people, without a washing plan, very flexible and uncomplicated
- A cellar compartment belongs to the apartment
- Convenient public transport connection: the bus to Bonaduz/Rhäzüns stops practically at the front door. The bus through Ems to Chur and the Posti to Chur are reachable in 5 minutes on foot
- The rental of a garage parking space must be discussed with the owner (I currently do not have one)
- Nice, helpful neighborhood
- The Volg (with post office) is reachable in 1 minute on foot
- From the front door, you can walk into the green for optimal relaxation, or to Kunkelspass or Ringelspitzhütte for the ambitious ones.
