It has its own fireplace, high ceilings, plenty of storage space in the kitchen, two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. Bicycle cellar and laundry room are available for shared use.

If needed, two underground parking spaces can be rented for 115.00 Fr. per month.

We would like to leave our sofa and wardrobe to the new tenants for 700 Fr. but this is optional.
