From September 16, 2025, we are renting this central 3.0-room apartment in our Altweg settlement in Zurich-Albisrieden.

The apartment has the following amenities:
- all rooms with parquet floors
- kitchen and bathroom with tiled floors
- closed dining kitchen
- balcony with a view
- cellar and attic compartment
- laundry room in the basement for shared use

Minimum occupancy: 2 persons

There are shares to be subscribed in the amount of CHF 4,000.00. Dog ownership is not allowed according to the rental regulations of the GBL. For keeping other pets, prior written permission from the GBL must be obtained.

The images are merely sample photos of a similarly constructed apartment, which are intended to reflect the standard of development.
