Apartment for rent - 1950 Sion

I am leaving my small apartment ideal for students or for starting in working life, with bathroom, bed, desk, dishes, coffee machine.. The rent is 450 francs all included. The apartment is small but really great. I stayed there for 1 year during my studies, I do the visit and post the ad but all the formalities (contract...) will have to be discussed with the owner?

There is a shared bathroom (shower, toilet) but being the only small studio for rent, no one comes.

On the -1 floor, there is a place to dry clothes if needed and 2 minutes on foot there is a laundromat open 24/7.

I leave a small fridge (it is 6 months old), a coffee machine, and a rice cooker.

For clothes, there is a closet. I bought two sets of sheets.
The bed is bunk, the ladder can be removed without any problem and put back (it is removable).

Below is the desk with a chair.

The heating is shared but I have never been cold or too hot.

There is a Migros not far away, the train station is less than 10 minutes on foot, the castle is just behind, and it is quiet even though it is on the avenue du Ritz.
There is even a parking lot right next to it, less than 20 meters away.
