Apartment for rent - 8050 Zürich, Siewerdtstrasse 19

We are looking for an individual or couple to sublet our 1-bedroom furnished apartment in Oerlikon for about a year.
We love this almost brand-new apartment, but we'll be out of the country for the next year and are hoping to find someone who will enjoy it as much as we do and take care of it while we are away. If you're new to the area or here temporarily, this would be a perfect place to start off your journey in Züri.
The apartment is in a new building (completed just a year ago) and is in a fantastic, central location, only a 4 minute walk to Oerlikon train station. There's a secure bike room and you'll find all the shops and restaurants you could want within walking distance.
If you're unfamiliar with Oerlikon, the train station is just one stop from both Zurich HB and the airport. From our front door, you usually can be at your gate within 30 minutes from leaving, it's incredibly convenient.
Being on the ground floor, we also have a large private lawn, which gives it more of a small-house feel than an apartment. It's quiet and peaceful, and we've really appreciated that.
The apartment will come fully furnished and move-in ready, with utilities included in the rent. We just ask that you take good care of it and no pets please.
We're looking for someone to move in around September 2025, but we're flexible on timing and duration, ideally a one-year lease, but we're open to discussing other options. Let's just see what works.
