Apartment for rent - 8050 Zürich, Siewerdtstrasse 19

We're looking for an individual or couple to sublet our fully furnished 1-bedroom apartment in Oerlikon for about a year (timing is flexible).
We love this apartment and are genuinely sad to leave it. It's brand new; we moved in right after construction was completed. One of the best features is the ground-floor location, which gives us sole access to a spacious private lawn and covered patios. It feels more like a small house than an apartment. Despite being in the middle of the city, it's surprisingly peaceful.
We'll be out of the country for the next year and hope to find someone who will enjoy the space as much as we do and take good care of it while we're away. If you're new to the area or here temporarily, this could be the perfect home base to start your time in Zürich.
The location is another big plus, just a 4 minute walk to Oerlikon train station. There's a secure bike room in the apartment building, and all the shops, cafés, and restaurants you might need are within walking distance.
If you're not familiar with Oerlikon: the train station is only one stop from both Zürich HB and the airport. From our front door, you can typically be at your gate at the airport in under 30 minutes, or in downtown Zürich in less than 15 minutes.
The apartment comes fully furnished and move-in ready. Rent includes all utilities (water, electricity, internet), and we'll also leave the TV and Apple TV, as well as all kitchen equipment (glasses, plates, pans, etc.). We just ask that you treat the space with care and note that we cannot accept pets.
We're aiming for a September 2025 move-in, ideally for one year, but we're flexible and open to other arrangements.
