Since we are traveling from October 2025 to the end of March 2026 for half a year, we are looking for subtenants for our home in the beautiful St. Otmar district. The apartment is ideal for couples, shared flats, or small families.

Our charming old building apartment has a total of 105 m2 of living space. This includes two bedrooms (one of which has a desk), a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and microwave), a dressing room, two bathrooms with bathtub, shower, and washing tower, a living room, and a balcony.
The apartment is fully furnished (according to pictures) and is inhabited by numerous houseplants that will also appreciate enough water during our absence =)
The rent includes internet, TV, and the use of furniture and household appliances. A private parking space is not available, but there are parking spaces in the blue zone nearby. The nearest bus stop (Sporthalle) is a three-minute walk away. The St. Gallen train station can be reached on foot in ten minutes and by bike in five minutes. The nearest shopping facilities are located around the train station.
