The apartment built in 2014 has been designed generously and offers very good value for money. The bright living room with plenty of windows and the large covered seating area invites you to linger.
In the living room and the rooms, oak parquet has been laid. The wet rooms, kitchen, and entrance area are equipped with ceramic tiles. The modern kitchen with cooking island and plenty of storage options leaves nothing to be desired.
Each room has a multimedia socket (cable TV / radio, telephone, network). The apartment is of course easily accessible by lift.
The Sunneblick residential park is connected to the fiber optic network (FTTH) of Swisscom.
