I am urgently looking for a 2.5-room apartment, approx. 55m2 or larger, in the Aigle region with lease takeover or an immediately available apartment before June 30th.

I am a non-smoker, approximately 50 years old.
I have a 13-year-old medium-sized Border Collie dog. She doesn't bark.

It's really urgent.
