The apartment is located on the third floor directly under the roof. It has a balcony as well as a fireplace in the living room that can be used. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower, and there is a cellar compartment.
No pets are allowed.
Unfortunately, there is no parking space included. However, there is a lawn in front of the house where one can park.
The house is located in a quiet and family-friendly area and offers a view of the beautiful Lake Zurich as an extra. In addition to various shopping options and stores, the Meilen train station is also within walking distance and the S7 takes 13 minutes to reach the main station.
