Ideally in the countryside, rural area.

Desired criteria:

-Terrace, garden or balcony.
-Budget: 1500 cc maximum.
-Availability: Immediately or to be agreed.

I am forty years old, I am a serious, responsible, calm person and respectful of my living place as well as the neighborhood. No pets.
I love plants and gardening.
Having stable income. I am available for visits and ready to provide all necessary documents for my application.
