For the period from December 2025 to March 2026, I am renting my furnished 3-room apartment (70 m²) for subletting. The exact start and end of the rental can be flexibly arranged by agreement – e.g. also from the end of November or until a little later in March.

• Living room, bedroom, plus a flexibly usable room – currently used as a multipurpose room (contains a small desk, a dresser, and a printer), can be individually set up as a home office, children's room, etc.
• Fully equipped kitchen (including microwave)
• Bathroom with bathtub and shower
• Balcony
• Own washing machine and dryer in the basement
• Small basement compartment, if desired

Location:
• Quiet residential area with plenty of greenery
• Only about 25 minutes by public transport to Bern
• Shopping facilities (supermarket, bakery) within a few minutes' walk
• Highway entrance in the immediate vicinity
• Optional: A car can be offered for shared use (free as compensation for cat sitting)

Special feature – Cat care:

During the rental period, my beloved, uncomplicated cat Soleil will continue to live in the apartment. Therefore, I am looking for animal-loving subtenants who agree to feed her and give her some attention during this time. Outings/trips/holidays are still possible, as there is a good neighborhood and a good environment.
