We are looking for a new tenant for our dream apartment in Zurich-Wollishofen starting from 15.07.2025. The apartment is located in a 6-party house on the top floor. It has 3 rooms, a spacious living room, and two bedrooms. The house was completely renovated in 2023 and is therefore in very good condition: all floors are equipped with high-quality parquet or stone flooring. Large hallway with built-in wardrobe, daylight bathroom with its own washing-drying tower. Separate guest toilet. Kitchen with modern built-in appliances (induction stove, oven at handle height, dishwasher). The balcony floor was installed by us and must be taken over.

10 minutes on foot from the lake, shopping, school, daycare, kindergarten all within walking distance. A parking space could probably still be rented. We didn't have one, but there is a parking garage where spaces become available from time to time.
