With a heavy heart, we are looking for a new tenant for our beautiful 3.5 room apartment in Schlieren.
The apartment has an interior area of about 100sqm and a generous balcony of about 25sqm for exclusive use. The block was built in 2012 and all apartments meet owner standards.
Tram 2 and Schlieren train station (about 10 minutes to Zurich main station, every 15 minutes) are about 7 minutes on foot, tram 20 (Shoppi Tivoli, Ikea) is even right at the front door.
You can particularly look forward to two bathrooms (one with a bathtub, one with a shower), your own washing tower in the apartment, built-in wardrobes and an extra shoe cabinet, a spacious and modern kitchen that is connected to the living room, as well as the three very large rooms with plenty of natural light and the huge, covered balcony. The neighborhood is very friendly and quiet. The house entrance and the street in front are part of a lightly trafficked neighborhood.
