There are shared laundry and drying rooms. A bicycle room is also available. There are outdoor or garage parking spaces for rent; since I do not rent a parking space myself, I cannot provide information on price and availability.

The apartment has a very nice view with evening sun and is very well located:

• 4min to the bus stop Untersiggenthal, Schönegg
• 15min to Turgi train station
• Close to the Limmat river with beautiful hiking trails
