I am leaving my apartment early due to re-localisation and am looking for a new tenant.

Apartment is in a new building built last year (2024), I lived only few months inside, brand new and quiet place.

The apartment details:

• Attractive residential neighbourhood, surrounded by numerous restaurants and bars.

• Bathroom with shower, the washing machine and tumbler dryer was not included with the apartment, I bought new ones when moving in and would like to resell it to the new tenant, price for both CHF 700 (as new, please see on the pictures)

• Fibre optic internet connection, Wi-Fi is already in place and a transfer of contract can be done in order to avoid to have to wait for the new installation on your side.

• Apartment comes with a dressing space, where I got a full dressing installed (please see pictures), also would be willing to sell the dressing to the new tenant for CHF 1'000 (more than half the price of the dressing plus installation)

The viewings can be arranged after 18:30 on Thursday 8th May, Friday 9th May and over the week-end if organise prior visit with me.
