Semi-detached house located in a relatively isolated, quiet place close to nature, consisting of an entrance, laundry room, bathroom with shower, bedroom with mosquito net, kitchen, living room, terrace, and parking space.
Very pleasant location in the Vaud countryside and close to Lake Geneva (10 km).
The rent is CHF 1350 per month including charges. A security deposit of CHF 1,000 is required.
