In the apartment live 2 students aged 19 and 22 and a young employee of 29 years. The atmosphere of the shared apartment is very nice, calm and friendly, with respect for everyone.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and is spread over 2 levels.
On the first level are the common living areas (large living room, a fitted kitchen, a bathroom and 3 bedrooms). On the 2nd floor there is a large bedroom.

The room that is becoming available is on the 1st level and is furnished with a bed 140x200, a desk and a wardrobe.

The rent is 480 CHF/month including wifi.

Ideally, it would be a person, student or employee under 30 years old.

The 4 roommates have their names on the lease, so if you are a student you will need a guarantor (solvent and in Switzerland) and if you are an employee, the last 3 payslips or a guarantor and a certificate of no debt and 1/4 of the deposit as a guarantee.
