Each flat has two bedrooms, each with a cosy box-spring bed (200 x 180 cm) that can be converted into single beds. There are also two bedside tables, a desk and a large wardrobe in each. The living room with its dining table for four, corner sofa and flat-screen TV invites you to linger. As does the balcony in summer. Each flat also has a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub as well as practical built-in wardrobes in the entrance area.

Brüttisellen borders on the city of Zurich. From here you may reach the airport in 10 minutes or Winterthur in 15 minutes. At the same time, the building with its large grounds, meadows, trees, and benches offers space to linger. The neighbourhood is very child-friendly and also very practical thanks to the many shopping facilities.
