We are a building cooperative and the members actively participate in the cooperative, participate in events, elections and votes, and take on tasks in the settlements. For this quietly and rurally located 3.5-room cooperative apartment, we are looking for an open-minded tenant. The apartment offers you the following amenities:

Access to public transport, as well as shopping facilities and schools are within walking distance. In just 17 minutes you are in Schaffhausen by train and in 40 minutes in Winterthur/Zurich. The settlement has two large playgrounds and a barbecue area.
