We rent our 3.5-room apartment for the summer on the border between Albisrieden and Wiedikon. The move-in date is flexible around mid-June and the move-out date at the end of September.

The apartment is fully furnished with two bedrooms (optionally one or two beds), desks and plenty of storage space. The living room has a couch, a TV and a large dining table. The open kitchen is nicely integrated into the living area and has a dishwasher. The two bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub, shower and washer/dryer.

The apartment has a lot of natural light, but also stays cool in hot summer periods. You can enjoy the view of the Uetliberg from the balcony, we will leave balcony furniture for you.

You can reach trams 2, 3, 9, 14 within 5-10 minutes on foot and the bus stop right in front of the house takes you directly to Wiedikon station. There is a supermarket on the ground floor of the building. The apartment is located in a quiet area and you have restaurants and bars within walking distance.
