I am looking for a new tenant from mid-August for my modern 1.5-room apartment on the 3rd floor with an elevator. The well-thought-out floor plan allows for a clear division of space, so both living and dining areas can find their place. Thanks to Minergie construction and excellent insulation, it remains pleasantly quiet, with no street noise or neighbors audible.
Three large windows in three directions provide plenty of daylight. The apartment is very bright and offers a sunny balcony. Equipped with a dishwasher and a combination unit (washing machine and dryer) in the apartment. A normal-sized cellar compartment is also available.
An outdoor parking space can be rented if needed.
Location:
The tram stop is located directly in front of the house, and Zurich Altstetten train station can be reached in about 5 minutes. Within walking distance are a Migros Voi and the Limmat with various recreational opportunities.

Pets are not allowed. The apartment may only be occupied by one person.
