For example, communal dinners, helping with watering plants on the community terrace, shared laundry room, etc.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor, with an elevator available. It has three bedrooms, 1x shower/WC, 1x separate WC, private terrace of 34m2, and a loggia of 12m2.
The communal areas of the two large terraces (1st floor/3rd floor), the communal kitchen, communal rooms on the (1st floor/2nd floor), laundry room, and playroom on the ground floor can be freely used and designed.
Parking spaces are not available in this old town house. A parking space can be rented in the Eisi parking garage (about 100m).
