The historic farmhouse was renovated in 2022. Five new apartments were built. The historic character of the farmhouse has not been altered. Special emphasis is placed on preserving the magnificent farmhouse parlors. In contrast, the additional new living spaces are designed in a modern way.
For rent on the ground floor is a modern, spacious 4-room apartment with direct garden access and plenty of surroundings. There is a smoking ban; throughout the living area, in the apartments, access areas, stairwell, storage rooms, and especially in the stage access.
Dogs are not allowed, other pets on request.
Active agriculture is practiced in the neighboring building.
