The apartment is located on the 1st and 2nd floor (attic) in the Stöckli right next to our farm in Rudswil, Ersigen. The district of Rudswil is quiet and rural. There are many farmhouses, the forest is close by, and the view from the living room window looks out onto greenery.

Despite the idyllic location, the connection is very good: The nearest bus stop is only 300 meters away, and the highway can be reached by car in 1 minute.

Ideal for families, shared living, or combined living/work use

The apartment has four separate rooms on the first floor. In the attic, you will find a bright, open living-dining-kitchen area. The balcony is directly accessible from the kitchen. The apartment also includes a covered seating area with a small lawn and a flower bed. The large room has a separate entrance with a toilet. A private washing machine and dryer are part of the equipment.

Outdoor parking spaces can be rented for 10.-.
