From June 1st, 2025 we rent a 3-room apartment on the 1st floor in a very well-developed, quiet location:
Keeping dogs is possible on request. Keeping cats is not allowed.
A cellar compartment with its own socket and an attic compartment belong to the apartment. For communal use, there is also an additional laundry room in the basement with large VZUG appliances (washing machine and tumbler) and a drying room with Secomat.
Public transport and shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity.
An outdoor parking space is available in the immediate vicinity. However, a motorcycle parking space (CHF 30/month, uncovered) can be rented in addition to the apartment.
Thanks to "solar share" from Energie Uster, you benefit from discounted electricity from the building's own photovoltaic system on the roof.
