The rental contract runs until March 31, 2026, but an earlier move-in (from October/November) is possible by arrangement.
The apartment has two bedrooms, a living/dining room with open kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a large balcony. The apartment also includes a cellar compartment and shared use of the communal laundry room.
The rent is CHF 1,375 per month, including utilities and parking space in the garage.
