From October 1st, we are renting a small non-smoking two-room apartment for one to two people in a quiet location in a private house with three rental parties on the outskirts of Baden and directly on the edge of the forest. The entrance area with wardrobe space and window welcomes you to your new home. To the right is the cozy corner living room with a view of the private garden, and to the left is the small modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. Through the short corridor, you find the separate bedroom, right next to it is the renovated kitchen, with access to the laundry room and drying room.

The apartment includes a private seating area with a garden for individual design and planting, a cellar compartment, and an additional small storage room. The shared use of garden tools is possible.

The rent includes the additional costs flat rate of Fr. 250.-
