- The kitchen is spacious and very convenient to cook, with enough place for a small table (but without dishwasher).
- The flat is very well connected (5' walk to the Altstetten station).

- Common washing area in the basement is very uncomplicated.
- There is a huge Migros 5' walk from the flat, and many restaurants.
