Furnishing & Handover: Since we are extending our trip, there is currently a subtenant in the apartment. The blue carpets have been removed; the relevant room will be empty at the time of handover. The remaining furniture can be taken over if interested – alternatively, storage can be organized. The plan is to rent the apartment from early October 2025 to early September 2026. If the management allows, a longer period could also be arranged.
