The 49 m2 apartment is heated with underfloor heating.
A cellar compartment belongs to the apartment. A modern tumble dryer and a washing machine are located in the drying room and are used jointly by 2 parties.
From the sunny garden patio you can directly access the spacious, child-friendly garden, which can be used jointly.
A parking space can be rented for an additional monthly fee of CHF 50.--.
Shopping facilities and bus stops are within walking distance, the train station is a 5-minute walk away. The countryside is just a few steps away.
The apartment is rented to a maximum of 2 people and exclusively to non-smokers.
Dogs are not allowed. Other pets only in consultation with us.
