Parking in garage can be rented additionally. Good public transport (7 min to Zurich main station).
Smoking is not permitted within the apartment.
The apartment comes with a very relaxed cat, who would like to stay there during the 10 months of subletting (costs for cat food and other expenses for the cat will of course be covered by me).
The apartment must be taken over in the last week of June 2025 (23. – 26.06.2025) and returned in the last week of April 2026 (30.04. – 01.05.2026).
Service charges on account are included, exact billing according to consumption.
